1. How many times a day do you drink tea?
Almost zero ! I drink tea ... maybe once every two or three months.
Never really got into a tea-drinking habit.
(I drink coffee and alcohol about that often too. Now if you'd asked about Coke, or eating chocolate, the answers would have been rather different.)
2. Is it strange living in a country building up to a General Election that you can't vote in?
Aha, surprise ! I'm actually a British citizen (as well as Australian), thanks to recent rule changes in British citizenship laws and three-quarters of my parents being British citizens in some way .
That said, I'm not sure if I'm actually eligible to vote, and I'm not sure if I was supposed to have done something about it some time ago to ensure that I was enrolled to vote. Oh well.
So, anyway, the answer is probably "yes", although I think I'd feel like I had more choosable choices in voting here than I did in the Australian election last October.
3. Wombats or werewolves?
Wombats, definitely - they're cute, they're Australian, and they're nigh indestructible !
4. If you weren't you, would you be someone else?
Hmmm, I'm not sure ... you'd have to ask me ... errr, them ... someone else :-)
5. What's your best lie?
Oooh, a tough one. Perhaps back in high school, where I managed to convince various people (teachers, mostly) that someone had broken into my locker and taken my bag (containing the homework that was due in Very Soon, of course). Needless to say, I'm still not sure if they really believed it, or they just indulged me because they thought I "had potential" (the second-most common comment on my report cards - the most common being "Awful handwriting!").
If you want me to try to think up five questions for you, comment here, although the turn-around may be a bit slow as we have a busy week followed by a weekend in Prague coming up ...
