Another weekend passes ...

... and David tries to resync his body clock.

It went like this - last week (Mon to Fri) I had bedtimes of 4am, 3am, 2am, 2:30am, and 3am. On Friday night it was again around 4am, but I could sleep in on Saturday - so I did, until 3pm. This is, of course, a bad thing, being about 8 hours out of sync with the sort of hours I should be keeping. Also, Lisa and I were planning to go to brunch with some friends on Sunday, around 11ish (which implies being at least vaguely awake and decent by 10:30 or so). We brunched, then went to another friend's place and watched some videos, dined, shopped, went home, and did indeed get to bed not long after 10pm. So, here I am with around 9 hours sleep behind me, feeling all alert, perky and wakeful, right ? Well, that's where the process seems to have fallen down a little, I'm feeling tired, dozy, sleepy and slothful. Oh well, it was a nice enough idea, at least ...
