I'm too tired to look it up, but I have been in Stockholm, Helsinki and Leningrad, I suspect one of those must be the most northerly I have been.

Yeah, the groupings seem a bit coarse to me...
(Tampere 61N, South east Cape/Cockle Creek 44S.)

There's precious little (ice-free) land south of 45S.
Bluff, 46.6S, Binz, 54ishN.

I'd have liked to see this quiz show *span* (northmost-southmost). Too lazy to work it out, though I guess it's in davidcook's poll results.

Furthest North - Santa Claus Village, just north of Rovaniemi (66o30N, 25o43E) and right slap bang on the artic circle. So either of the last two options there would be right, thinking about it - I have photos of me standing on the line marking the artic circle and all that. Dressed in traditional Lapp gear, too. Yeah, I'm a total tourist. :-)

Furthest South - probably Bruny Island (43o25S, 147o05E), Tasmania. I might have been further south, but that's the furthest I can definitely remember being.

My furthest points, given your criteria, are Glasgow (55° 51' N) and Invercargill (46° 25' S). I'm currently passing beyond the Arctic Circle. (... but at 9753m, so it doesn't count for your poll.)
