|02:22 pm - The weather ...|
So, it was 21 yesterday, and it's reached 21 today, and it's supposed to be 21 all the way through to Saturday. Nice !
Anyone visiting the UK later in the year - this will be the week Scots will be referring to while you're shivering through some "summer showers" (with bonus gale force winds, no doubt), when they say "Oh, you should have been here in May, it was lovely then!".
Current Mood: cheerful
"all the way through to Saturday."
except that some of us are *working* all the way through til Saturday. What I'd *really* like is sun over the weekend so I can sort the yard/garden.
Of course it is, I'm sitting exams on Thursday and Friday. Get a critical mass of people being examined and we're bound to have good weather.

And when we refer to it as such, we will be correct. Though it will be more along the lines of "sorry you missed out, we had our prescribed week of summer back in May. T'was lovely though"
