Not without some last-minute drama and running around ("What do you mean, our FHOG application hasn't been lodged in the months since we bought the place ?!"), but settlement has gone through, and  rwrylsin and I now own our own home ! Whee !
We move in on Saturday, starting at 9:30 ... if anyone wants to hang around and shift some boxes with us, we'll feed you pizza or chocolate (or chocolate pizza!) afterwards :-)

Yippee! Congratulations! You're moving into the house in your userpic, right?? :) Bravo! I've had a lot of practice at shifting boxes recently, for julesjones and her Other Half, but they did have the advantage of being twenty minutes walk from here... Congratulations! Congratulations!! I'd love to help with the move on Saturday, but I'm afraid it's come at a busy time for me (yeah, OK, all my times are busy, but still) and I've got work Saturday morning. I'll just have to settle for helping you warm the house, when you do. ;-)
