|01:14 pm - LJ-versary ...|
10 years on LJ !
I'm vaguely surprised that it's lasted this long :)
(for extra irony, I'm cross-posting this from Dreamwidth)
Anyway - 1045 entries, 2804 comments posted, 2756 comments received.
In other news - Bub has taken unaided steps a number of times in the last few days. Guess we can say he's walking now !
Original post on Dreamwidth - there are comments there.

Ah, now you have to move everything breakable up a couple of shelves...
Most of it's already gone up, he's been standing with support for a while now.
However, he does seem to be increasing his reach, so a few things will have to retreat a bit further from the range of grasping hands ...
So, how many years are the breakables at risk for ? ;-)
Well Ashwyn is six and we're still putting the odd thing out of his reach. But he's a particularly pernicious case (intensely curious, and with a talent for destruction). Generally once you are confident a child will both understand and generally comply (Ashwyn has issues with this too) with an instruction to 'put that down' then you can start leaving things out. On the other hand, by then you often have another baby, and you kind of get used to the stuff up there...
